It started with one question: why does breakfast suck?
Long consulting hours in the UK meant mornings were rushed and breakfast was always an afterthought. Quick, convenient and terrible.
We didn't have a time problem. We had a protein and convenience problem.

We left our jobs, packed up our lives in the UK and came back to India to fix breakfast for people like us.
Full-time work with food scientists, factory trials and learning the hard way. No safety net, no perfect plan. Just one belief: busy lives deserve a better breakfast.

More than 80 failed trials, countless late-night vendor calls and more self-doubt than we expected. But we kept going.
Slowly the product came together. The taste improved, the crunch felt right and the nutrition finally made sense. That's when we knew it was time to launch and challenge an industry built on sugar.

The Best Healthy Cereal in India
As a doctor, for years I hoped to discover a product like this in the market, a healthy cereal alternative with good protein content for kids & adults alike. Proskii really surpassed all my expectations. The macros, calorific value and protein content is just too good. My sincere suggestion is to give it 2 tries, as at first you may find it different (with our taste buds accustomed to something like Chocos), but trust me it grows onto you so much that you will find it much tastier than any other cereal after a few bowls. Additionally there is no bloating / heaviness or sugar rush that we get after having those traditional sugary cereals, you feel good, and full for quite a few hours. Its become my go to snack for a post dinner desert craving or quick breakfast. Personal favourite- half n half bowl of Chocolate with Honey Crunch. Highly recommended and kudos to the team.

I ordered the box of 6 and so far…
I ordered the box of 6 and so far finished one already. The flavours are quite good, don't feel them too sugary or too heavy for a quick and light breakfast. The protein quant. per serving is good enough and you would honestly go for doubles. I genuinely liked this product considering the sugar and protein quantity.

Loved doubled chocolate and mocha
Just tried their double chocolate and mocha for a week. I have it with curd and it tastes delicious. What stands out for me is the protein content and the clean ingredients. Would definitely repurchase.

Life and Muscle Saver
Cooking breakfast, just for myself, always felt like a waste of time. So I used to rely on corn flakes with loads of guilt and sugar crash early in the morning. Proskii has been a life saver. I'm not a chocolate person but their honey flavor is absolutely delicious. I find myself craving for it in evenings too, so I just grab a handful as a snack.
Been following their journey for a while and the fact that they're not willing to compromise on quality is quite reassuring.

I really liked the product.
I really liked the product. It's crunchy and tastes lot better than other cereals. The fact that this comes with zero added sugar is a big "+" for me personally. It's a perfect meal for me whenever I come back from my morning runs. Packaging is good.

exactly what I need on busy mornings
Being a working graphic designer, my mornings are honestly chaotic so I don’t have the time or energy for anything complicated. I tried Proskii Cereal recently and it’s been such a relief just pour, eat and DONE It’s crunchy, not overly sweet, and actually keeps me full till lunchtime. Great product.
I have tried Proskii's Double chocolate, I prefer it cold milk soaked for a minute. I was immediately impressed by how healthy and filling just one bowl was! I almost forgot to have lunch it was so filling as breakfast. Truly a great product. I have also brought mocha flavour for my family, the fact that it is 0 sugar, I trust this product for my diabetic family members. Really impressive to find an authentic sugarless cereal in India finally.

A solid high-protein cereal with thoughtful ingredients
I've been using Proskii protein cereal for some time now and overall it's a very well thought-out product.
What I like most is the ingredient quality - it doesn't feel overly processed or artificial, which is rare in high-protein cereals. The protein content is solid and it keeps me full for a long time, making it a good breakfast or even a quick meal replacement.
Taste-wise, it's balanced and not excessively sweet, which I personally prefer. It works well with milk and even tastes good on its own when you're short on time. Texture is also good - not too soggy and not overly hard.

Super nice just a tiny bit on expensive side
Delivery was super smooth, the taste is fantastic and the macros are even better, a bit on the premium side but i think its worth it
