It started with long hours, pressure, and one question:
why does breakfast suck?
We’re Yash and Rohit, co-workers turned co-founders of Proskii.
While working long consulting hours in the UK, mornings were rushed and breakfast was always an afterthought — quick, convenient, and terrible.
We didn’t have a time problem.
We had a protein and convenience problem.
Chapter 2 The problem didn’t go away
So we stopped ignoring it.
We left our jobs, packed our lives in the UK, and came back to India to fix breakfast for people like us.
Working full-time with food scientists, running factory trials, learning the hard way.
No safety net and no perfect plan. Just a simple belief, busy lives deserve better breakfast.
That’s where Proskii began.
Chapter 3 Breaking the Breakfast Mafias
There were over 80 failed trials, countless late-night vendor calls, and more moments of self-doubt than we expected.
But we kept going.
Slowly, the product came together. The taste improved. The crunch felt right. The nutrition finally made sense.
After months of testing, learning, and refining, Proskii stopped being an idea and became something real.
That’s when we knew it was time to launch and challenge the mafias of this industry.
