Refund & Replacement Policy
At Proskii (Northbound Ventures Private Limited), we aim to resolve customer issues fairly and quickly.
We follow a replacement-first approach and do not encourage returns or refunds.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
No Returns
We do not accept product returns.
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be sent back.
This applies to all orders, including consumable products.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective

Incorrectly shipped
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis after assessment.
Assessment & Resolution
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement, where the issue is verified

Support or guidance, where the issue relates to usage
Replacements are:
- Issued at our discretion
- Subject to stock availability

Limited to one replacement per order
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Taste or personal preference
- Dislike of the product
- Change of mind
- Incorrect usage or storage

Expectations mismatch
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in rare cases, where:
- The issue is verified, and

A replacement is not possible
If approved:
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer after customer confirmation
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Our decision on refunds is final.
Evidence Required
All requests must include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the issue

Original packaging visible
Requests without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
