When is the event and what are the timings?

The session will take place on 3rd May at Distractshion studios, Andheri West. Time slots are as follows - 

 

10:00am-11:15am | 11:30am-12:45pm | 01:00pm-2:15pm

When should I arrive?

Plan to reach 10–15 minutes before the session starts so you can settle in and not miss the warm-up. Once we start, we move.

Is this a calm yoga-style session?

No. This is Candlelight Mat Pilates with intensity.
Think controlled movements, deep muscle engagement, and a real burn — not slow stretching or meditation.

I’m a beginner. Can I join?

Yes. The session is beginner-friendly, but you will feel the burn. Modifications will be provided, but expect to be challenged.

What should I expect from the session?

  • Full-body Pilates workout
  • Core-focused movements
  • Controlled, intentional pacing
  • A candlelit setup that elevates the whole vibe

You’ll walk out feeling worked, not just “stretched.”
