Refund policy
At Proskii, we’re all about fueling your mornings (and late-night snack attacks) with high-protein, zero-nonsense cereal. If something shows up broken, missing, or just not right — don’t stress, we’ll fix it.
❌ No Returns on Cereal
Since our cereals are freshly packed, sealed, and edible goods, we can’t take them back (food safety rules, y’know). The only exceptions:

If your box arrived damaged

If we shipped the wrong product or variant
✅ We do accept returns for:

Wrong product or wrong variant sent

Damaged or defective non-edible merch (shakers, bowls, apparel, etc.)

Unopened, unused non-perishables (within 7 days of delivery)
To qualify, your item must be:

In original packaging

Unused and unopened

Returned within 7 days of delivery
💸 Refunds & Resolutions
Once we receive and approve your return:

Refund will be sent to your original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days

If a refund isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement (your pick 🚀)

🕐 Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No prob. You’ve got 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, your cereal is already being packed and shipped (aka unstoppable 🚚💨).
To cancel in time, email us at support@proskii.com with the subject:
